Appointment options
I offer two types of new patient appointments:
Naturopathic Consultation (Complete Wellness Check)
Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
For all new patients, please choose one of the initial appointment options from below. Once you are an established patient, all future appointments will be follow-up appointments. Please note that patients whom we have not seen within 4 years are scheduled as initial appointments.

My rates
Initial naturopathic appointment - complete wellness check
Online or in-person, a full assessment from both naturopathic and Oriental medical perspectives. This is for two appointments. The initial visit is 90 minutes long, followed by a comprehensive written summary explaining my thoughts and suggestions. The 2nd appointment is a followup appointment designed to review progress and determine whether additional changes are necessary. Acupuncture may be added to the 2nd appointment for $75.

Online or in-person, to follow-up for established patients. Book a 30-mins appointment for an ongoing issue. Book a 60-mins appointment for a new issue or if it has been 1+ year since your last visit.

In-person only, a brief assessment followed by an acupuncture treatment which may or may not include moxibustion, cupping + guasha.
