Prenatal Acupuncture

I'm definitely spoiling myself during pregnancy.  Lucky for me, I have a great network of wellness providers, so right now I'm alternating weekly massage and acupuncture treatments (no ankle swelling yet!).

I love massage - it's great for relieving tension and helps with common pregnancy complaints such as back pain and sciatica.  It also improves lymphatic flow - to reduce swelling.
